Today I added another fourteen new abstract images which I have recently made. I must say that I am really pleased with these, and am looking at the prospect of printing them on canvas as well as selling them as prints on high quality photographic papers, so watch this space. The images can be seen in the ABSTRACT IMAGE PRINTS portfolio.

A while back I photographed in various locations in Suffolk, Herefordshire and Folkestone and a few of these images can be found in the Landscape, Cityscape and Buildings portfolio.

Making a website is a learning experience, and can also be stressful. But I keep pressing on with trying to improve my site. The latest developments I have made are:-

Adding more options to my PRINT PORTFOLIOS. Now I am offering unmounted prints as well as mounted prints for sale. Its relatively easy for a buyer to make their selections in the BUY NOW options.

I have added a Messenger CHAT plugin, so if this works people can easily chat to me.....Should be good.

My 2023 Calendars are now on the site.It's early to buy them, I know, but at least they are on the site replacing the 2022 calendars. They do tend to sell during the year, but fly out the door once we hit October and November. I would advise people not to hang around too long as by early December I will probably have sold most of these 2023 calendars, and won't normally be ordering any more from my calendar printer.

Search Mysterious Ways by Jeff Laurents

As well as being a photographer, I went through a lengthy phase several years ago of writing fiction. I had one short story published, and now it looks like I will have an anthology of thirteen of my short stories published next year.

My stories are dark, quirky tales, mainly fantasy/horror, but with touches of humour and titles including 'Horror Hammer', 'Dust' 'Animal Tragic' and 'Johnny Lucifer'.

Currently I am working with one of the editorial staff at the publishers, to make minor changes to some of the stories, in line with her recommendations.

I will update this website and in particular notify readers of the site when I know the publication date. The title of the anthology is 'Mysterious Ways'.

Good things are happening in Ramsgate. The Pleasurama site, next to the giant Wetherspoons, (the largest in the country), is finally being developed! The development is now being displayed on the Blueberry Homes website for 100 one, two and three-bed apartments, new beachfront shops, leisure, retail outlets and a hotel and gym.
The project will attract people to live in Ramsgate, especially as the properties will be right next to Ramsgate main sands beach. Some of the properties should have sea views.
The site has been derelict for years, so it’s good to see progress finally being made. This is my view, others might disagree!
